Shipping policy

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK Delivery

• Standard Tracked: typically within 1–2 weeks (please allow up to 14 days before contacting us)
• Every order ships with a tracking number sent by email once dispatched.
• Delivery is to mainland UK addresses.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has left our fulfilment centre. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@lymphix.co.uk.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, resend or refund your order at no cost to you.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping will be available in the future — sign up to our email list to be notified.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (a redelivery charge may apply).
